Refund Policy
Our 14-day refund promise
If LumioUI Pro or Team isn’t right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase from the email address on your account, and we will refund you in full — provided you have not made substantial use of Pro items. You do not need to give a reason, though we are grateful if you do.
Substantial use means installing or copying a large share of the Pro catalogue — as a guide, more than 20 Pro components or screen templates — or using Pro items in a released product. We may look at your license keys’ activity on your account; we do not ask you to prove anything.
If something doesn’t work
If a Pro item does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you report it, we will refund you, even after 14 days. Statutory rights you have as a consumer for digital content that is faulty or not as described are not affected by anything on this page.
EU and UK consumers: the right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once delivery begins, if you have asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the right — which you do at checkout so your license keys work straight away. Our 14-day promise above still applies on top of that, on the terms described.
How refunds are paid
- Our payment partner is the merchant of record for your purchase, so it issues the refund to your original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5–10 business days.
- Sales tax, VAT or GST charged on the purchase is refunded with it.
- A refund ends the Pro part of your licence for that purchase: your account returns to the free plan, its license keys stop unlocking Pro items, and Pro items must be removed from projects that are not yet released.
What we can’t refund
- Purchases after substantial use, except where an item is faulty as described above.
- Accounts suspended for breaking the Terms or License, such as sharing keys or redistributing source.
- Discounted upgrades between plans are refunded at the amount actually paid.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can almost always sort it out faster. A chargeback ends Pro access for the disputed purchase while it is reviewed.
