Billing

Purchases go through our payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record: it charges your card, handles sales tax, VAT or GST, and sends your receipt and invoice by email. Your receipt email has a link to download invoices or update billing details.

The CLI sends a key as LUMIO_LICENSE_KEY when you install Pro items. Each key's secret is shown once, at creation — revoke any key you've lost track of.

Keys only unlock Pro items while your account plan is Pro.

Changing your password signs out every other session.

End this session on this device, or every session on every device — use that if you signed in somewhere you no longer trust. License keys keep working either way; revoke them under License keys if needed.

Your data

Download everything we hold about your account — profile, sessions, license-key labels and requests — as a JSON file. Passwords, tokens and keys are stored only as one-way hashes and are never included. How we use this data is in the Privacy Policy.
